What is a bulk host payout?
When we pay you in bulk for more than one booking.
When a bulk payment is made, we email you the booking codes. The subject of the email is “ Your payment is on its way”.
The booking codes can be found at bottom of this email, below your bank details.
In order to determine the amounts we paid you for each booking, you need to go to your transactions page - https://www.afristay.com/accounts/transactions/
Copy the booking code from the email and paste it into the search bar on the right.
Once you have found the transaction you should be able to see the amount we paid for each booking.
