Please see below the status' of bookings for you to know what they mean:


Enquiry/Reservation:  The guest has requested a quote at the accommodation - quote needs to be sent.


Payment Processing:  The quote to the guest has been sent and the guest has 48hrs to respond by making a deposit towards the booking unless the arrival date is less than 48 hours.


Booking Confirmed:  The guest has made a payment toward the booking before the 48hr timer is up


Guest Payment Failed:  The guest failed to make a deposit payment before the 48hrs. 


Cancelled -  By Guest:   Guest cancelled the booking made/requested in the Enquiry/Reservation, Payment Processing or Booking confirmed Status.  If a guest cancels the booking in the Confirmed status a bookings agent will contact you in regards to the Refund Process.


Cancelled- By Host:  The host has cancelled a booking and should refund any funds paid by Afristay within 48 hours
