If you find the same accommodation at a lower rate, pls let us know right away. We'll match the price of the other deal, provided:
1. You have contacted us immediately after booking with all the details of the other deal (such as a link to the offer on the website and the exact price offered).
2. The other deal is subject to the same booking conditions you’ve selected with Afristay.com. Such as:
- The same property/establishment.
- Is the same type of room, apartment type, etc.
- Is for the same check-in and check-out dates
- Has identical room conditions attached (such as meal plan, cancellation policy, package offer, etc.
3. The other deal is available to book online and is still available when we check.
4. The conditions of your booking with us still allow penalty-free cancellations and modifications.
If we can't match the rate of the other deal because one of the above conditions is different, you still keep your existing reservation – including the cancellation policy.
