Our rate structure caters for most types of accommodation pricing and aims to provide our visitors with the most easily comparable and searchable rates.

Here are a few examples of how yours can be set up, based on the type of accommodation you offer:


Before you can add your rates, pls make sure your rooms are set up. 


When logged in, you can do this by going to listings > rooms and units.


Once the rooms and units are set up, click on rates on the left-hand side of the drop down screen.


Whole unit example

      1.Click on the tab "Base Rate".     

      2.Choose rate type marked "Per Unit"

      3.Enter the nightly rate for the entire unit in the field marked "Base Rate". 

      4.Set your minimum night stay in the field marked "Minimum stay (nights)"

      5.Set the maximum number of guests (this includes children and it is the maximum number of total guests the unit can accommodate). Now enter a maximum           number of adults, this excludes children.

      6. Enter any additional costs for your unit with the fields marked "Refundable Breakage Deposit" and "Cleaning/Admin Fee"


          Usually applies to Self-catering houses, apartments, cottages, etc.



Per Person Sharing with single supplement example

     1.Click on the tab "Base Rate"

        Choose rate type marked "Per Person"

     2.Enter the Single person rate in the field "Single person rate p/night". This is the rate if only one person is occupying the unit.

     3.Next enter the rate per person sharing in the "Per person sharing p/night" tab. This is the rate per person sharing when there is more than one person and is           not the rate of the second person.

     4.Enter the rate you want per 3rd, 4th and 5th person etc in the fields marked for extra guests. This rate should be per guest and not the total of all the guests.

     5.Enter the minimum nights stay.

      6.Set the maximum number of guests (this includes children and it is the maximum number of total guests the unit can accommodate). Now enter a maximum          number of adults, this excludes children.

      7. Enter any additional costs for your unit with the fields marked "Refundable Breakage Deposit" and "Cleaning/Admin Fee"


          Usually applies to Hotels, bed and breakfast, guest houses
